Shipping and Handling Information
Shipping and Handling is calculated based on your order sub-total. Your shipping and handling total will be shown before your order is processed. Please note that this is an estimate, and in some cases we may need to adjust your shipping and handling total. If the shipping and handling total varies significantly from the actual cost, we will contact you to receive your approval before shipping the item. Most items will be shipped within 1 week of order. In some cases, products may be on back order. In this event, you will be contacted with estimated shipping dates. You will be emailed with a tracking number, if available, once your order has been shipped. Your item may be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, or USPS upon our discretion. If you specify a PO Box as your delivery address, your order will be shipped USPS. If this delivery is not available, we will contact you. Some areas may be charged additional shipping fees. If additional fees apply to your order, you will be contacted before the order is shipped.
All orders will be shipped ground service unless expedited service is requested. Please contact us directly at (800) 972-2599 for expedited service.
BOSS The Movement will choose the shipping carrier at our discretion. BOSS is not responsible for misdelivered or late shipments due to carrier mistakes, acts of God, security checks, or any circumstances which may cause your package to not be received on time. Acts of God include, but are not limited to weather, earthquakes, catastrophe and terrorist attack or threat. |
